Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs and Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout. These are based on your delivery address, the size and weight of the items in your order, and the available courier options. In the event shipping cost is not calculated at checkout due special or heavy products you will receive an email to confirm delivery cost before we can process your order.

Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 2–5 business days once your order has been dispatched. For items shipped directly from our suppliers or for special-order products, delivery times may take longer. You will be notified if extended lead times apply to your order.

2. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If an item in your order is on backorder or requires special handling, our team will contact you promptly with an updated timeline.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly on the courier’s website.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable, reliable couriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The courier used for your order will depend on your delivery location, the size and weight of your package, and the availability of services in your area.

5. Delivery Responsibilities

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery delays or additional charges if re-delivery is required.

If you need to update your delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at shop@easypowersolar.co.za or 011 708 0254. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, updates are not always possible once an order has been dispatched.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will assist you with filing a claim with the courier and work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

7. Additional Notes

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in more than one package, depending on availability and supplier locations.

  • Larger or heavier items may require additional handling time or delivery fees, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free delivery promotions apply only to qualifying products and may exclude oversized or heavy items.
